Camp is for ages: 8 thru 18
Located in Northwestern Connecticut at the Delaware Outdoor Adventure Center of Winsted, CT., we
offer the only Wrestling Camp in the area. Staffed by Coaches and College Athletes from Connecticut
and New York, our camp experience includes an in-ground pool, four climbing walls, low & high ropes courses,
and cabins to name just a few of our activities. Our objective is to ensure that each wrestler understands all the techniques presented and
through drills and repetition is able to execute each technique correctly.
